Ferrofoss Machinery & Foundry Co., Ltd is a professional metal parts production enterprise that was established in September 2005 and officially put into operation in June 2006, integrating casting, processing, and international trade. With the growth of the company's business, from early 2020 to the end of 2022, the company invested over 55 million yuan to comprehensively rebuild and technically transform the original production plant and equipment, introduced advanced international and domestic resin sand automatic production lines, established a rapid manufacturing center for mechanical parts based on 3D printing, and a personalized customization center for metal/sand mold handicrafts.
The company has three sand molding processes: resin sand, coated sand, and clay sand, and can produce 6000 tons of castings annually. The company can produce various sizes and grades of ductile iron, gray iron, alloy cast iron, cast steel, non-ferrous metal, and stainless steel castings based on the drawings provided by customers, and perform rough and precision machining according to the required accuracy. At present, the main products produced include bearing shells and casings for marine motors, pump bodies and bases for various pumps, railway shock absorber castings (used on Shanghai 18th and Beijing 3rd subway lines), various castings for traction machines and municipal engineering, and various personalized customized process products. Currently, over 80% of the company's products are exported to Japan and some countries in Europe and America.
In June 2010, the company passed the ISO9001 international quality system certification. In 2023, it passed the environmental certification of ISO14001.
After nearly 20 years of development, the company now has an experienced, pragmatic and diligent talent team, with various professional inspection and testing equipment, such as spectrometers, tensile strength meters, three-dimensional detectors, etc., providing customers with qualified products with a solid guarantee.
