The 24th International Foundry Expo was grandly held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). As a ferritic ductile iron EN-GJS-450-10 grade cylinder block blank, it complies with the GB/T 1348-2019 standard, with a tensile strength of ≥450MPa and an elongation of ≥10%, combining high toughness and plasticity, and excellent cutting performance. Behind its excellent performance is the support of FerroFoss's exquisite foundry technology. Similarly, the EN-GJS-450-10（ Different from the conventional EN-GJS-450-10 CHN：Rut450-3） and EN-GJL-300 cylinder blocks successfully developed by FerroFoss have been recognized and adopted by leading industry enterprises such as Weichai and SAIC Motor Commercial Vehicle Powertrain due to their stable and reliable quality. Among them, the EN-GJL-300 cylinder block adopts advanced foundry technology, which effectively avoids problems such as shrinkage porosity, shrinkage cavity and uneven tensile strength that are prone to occur in traditional pouring, can withstand ultra-high explosion pressure, and is suitable for the needs of high-end power equipment. The successful R&D and application of these products have accumulated rich practical experience and solid technical support for FerroFoss's subsequent development of high-difficulty cylinder blocks, housings and cylinder parts at home and abroad, further consolidating the company's technological advantages in the high-end foundry field.
