Ferrofoss Machinery & Foundry Co., Ltd., is a professional metal component manufacturer integrating casting, machining and international trade, founded in September 2005 and officially put into production in June 2006. With the growth of the company's business, from the beginning of 2020 to the end of 2022, the company invested more than 55 million yuan in the comprehensive reconstruction and technological transformation of the original production plants and equipment. It introduced advanced domestic and international automatic resin sand production lines, and established a rapid manufacturing center for mechanical parts based on 3D printing as well as a customization center for metal/sand mold crafts. To actively respond to the complex and volatile domestic and international market environment, further expand production capacity, optimize production layout and enhance core competitiveness, the company launched the Phase III New Plant Construction Project in August 2025. With a total investment of 80 million yuan, the project is expected to be fully completed and put into use by the end of September 2026. The completion of the new plant will lay a solid hardware foundation for the company to expand high-end manufacturing business and deepen international market cooperation, helping the enterprise achieve high-quality and leapfrog development in the tide of industrial transformation.
